This is an extremely chocolaty and soft Recipe for Marble Cake eggless. Just have a bite and it melts in the mouth within seconds. Some also call it a marble pound cake recipe.
You will be surprised to know that, Yes! it is eggless. Now the question is how to make marble cake? Instead of eggs, curd(+soda) is used in this recipe.
In this recipe, I have baked marble cake without oven. My friends who don’t have or don’t want to use the oven can also bake a Marble Cake using this recipe.
Preparation time : 15 mins | Baking time : 40-45 mins

Recipe for Marble Cake eggless
Step 1:

First of all take a shallow bowl (borosil preferred). Pour yogurt and sugar into it.
Step 2:

Now add oil and mix. We have to mix well for minimum 1 min till it gets combined and a bit fluffy.
Step 3:

Sieve all purpose white flour, baking powder & baking soda. Now we have to use a spatula to cut-fold the mixture, just to combine.
Step 4:

Add half of the milk as of mentioned in ingredients at bottom and again we have to combine it.
Step 5:

Take two bowls(same capacity preferred). Now the batter that we have prepared is to be divided into these two bowls.
Step 6:

In any one of the bowl we have to add Cocoa Powder. And give it a good mix. At this point the batter may get too fudgy. So add the remaining milk. Now we will get a nice flowing batter. Ready to Bake.
Step 7:

Now we take a greased mould (in this I have used a 7”x3” mould). First, add one spoon of white batter. And tap to get it spread evenly. Now add one spoon of brown batter. And tap to get it spread evenly. Repeat this until your mould gets filled to its one-fourth capacity(In between taping the mould is important.)
Step 8:

At the end we will get such a mould filled with batter in concentric rounds.
Step 9:

We are going to use a knife to create an abstract design. What we have to do is dip our knife totally into the mould and form a wave like this. Or you can move it as you want. Its an abstract design guys! But remember to dip our knife totally.
Step 10:

Put the mould [in a closed pan preheated on low flame for 5-7 mins] OR [in the oven preheated at 170°C for about 10mins]. Let it in for 40-45 mins and then de-mould.

- Cocoa Powder: 3 tbsp
- Oil: ¾ cup
- Yogurt: 1 cup
- Milk: ½ cup
